How to set up the watch with My Android Smart Phone ?
A1: Firstly, there’s a Quick Response icon in the smart watch, Please use your Android smart phone to scan it, then you will see the Funrun APP download link. Download the Funrun APP and install it in your Android smart phone.
Secondly, Use the smart watch to search  and connect with the Android smart phone by bluetooth, then the smart watch will work well with your Android phone.

Q2: Does an APP work for IOS phone?
A2: No, there is no App work for IOS phones. So, remote control and sync message function can’t be used for IOS system.

Q3: Does an App work for Windows Smart phones?
A3: No, APP only work for Android Smart phones.

Q4: I use my Android smart phone, scan Quick response, but I can’t download APP, what do I do ?
A4: Please go to Google Play store to search and download the Funrun App to your Android phone, then install it.

Q5: Does it support SIM card and Memory card?
A5: Yes, it support SIM card (Nano SIM card) and support Maximum 32GB memory card.

Q6: Can I call by this watch?
A6: Yes, you can call by this watch. There are two ways for you to make a call. One is that you put your SIM card into the watch, then you can make a call and answer a call by this watch, this watch works like a normal mobile phone. Another way is that you connect the watch with your smart phone by bluetooth, then you can make a call by the watch without a SIM card in the watch.

Q7: Can I receive messages from the watch?
A7: Yes, you can receive messages from the watch.

Q8: Why some people say the Pedometer not work?
A8: Someone say the Pedometer not work is because they don’t use the pedometer in a right way.  You should press the “Start” button to make the pedometer work, and walk for more than 20 steps or 20 seconds, then you will see your steps from the watch. The watch needs sometime to check your activity and count your step at the beginning.
